Quality control starts well before we get on the jobsite with proper subcontractor selection, a project safety plan with planned daily enforcement of project safety rules, a strong emphasis on a clean and professional jobsite, and daily coordination with you, the owner, of work to be completed that day and that week.

Additions

Hogg Construction understands the importance of defining a project to satisfy your facility master plan, which in turn supports the corporate business plan. We manage your complete expansion project from inception through completion with minimal disruption to your business. The project is not finished until you are completely satisfied.

Alterations

Our service group has an extremely strong and effective safety program, and extensive experience working in occupied facilities, working around people, and working while operations are on-going.

Conceptual Budgeting

You can use the conceptual budget we will provide to establish the financing needed for your project, and if necessary, to adjust the size of the project to fit your operating budget.

Constructability Analysis

Our experienced team will review the construction processes for your planned project from start to finish and identify obstacles before your project is actually built to reduce or prevent delays, change orders and cost overruns.

Disaster Recovery

We provide the labor component on an As-Needed Basis to respond to the unexpected so you can be back in business.

Maintenance

We can provide scheduled building maintenance or provide services on an As-Needed Basis to give you the flexible workforce you need without the permanent commitment of additional employees.

Hogg Construction will evaluate a proposed site to determine if it will work for your planned project.
